Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu
Upon arrival in Kathmandu, meet and greet at the international airport and transfer to hotel. Short briefing of trip. Check in to hotel and rest for Refreshment .Overnight at Hotel, Kathmandu
Day 02: Kathmandu Sightseeing Tour – B
After breakfast, pick up from hotel and proceed to Kathmandu sightseeing tour especially UNESCO Cultural Heritage Sites; Pashupatinath, Swoyambhunath, Kathmandu durbar square and Patan durbar square. After Tour, drop back to the hotel and overnight at hotel, Kathmandu.
Day 03: Fly Kathmandu – Lhasa (3,650m) – B
After breakfast, transfer to International airport terminal for the flight to Lhasa, which is scenic adventurous over the panoramic Himalayan ranges. Upon arrival in Lhasa, meet and greet our local representative and transfer to hotel. Check in to hotel and rest for the acclimatization. Overnight at hotel, Lhasa.
Day 04: Sightseeing in Lhasa – B
After refreshing with breakfast, proceed to sightseeing of beautiful Potala Palace and Norbulingka Palace. Potala Palace; synonymous with Tibet, is the legendary palace built on the top of a single hill by the first foremost king Songtsen Gompa in 7th century and later renovated by the 5th Dalai lama in the 17th century which provides the amazing views of the entire city. Norbulingka Palace is the summer palace of the Dalai Lama.
Day 05: Sightseeing in Lhasa – B
After having breakfast, proceed to Lhasa sightseeing tour of Drepung Monastery, Sera Monastery, Jokhang Temple and Barkhor Market. Drepung Monastery; The largest monastery which was built in the 14th century and is believed to have sheltered around 10,000 monks in the past but as of now there has been quite a declination resulting in only a few hundred. Sera Monastery is one of prettiest monasteries of Lhasa having white-washed walls and golden roofs. Jokhang Temple is another important sacred site which unravels more deep-seated mysteries of Tibetan Buddhism. And then to Barkhor Market; which is the religious and social focus of Lhasa With its open air stalls, shops and crowd of pilgrims.
Day 06: Fly Lhasa – Kathmandu – B/D
Transfer to international airport for the flying back to katmandu.Upon arrival in Kathmandu international airport, transfer to hotel. Enjoy the leisure time by shopping at souvenir shops or hanging around Thamel(Tourism hub city).In the evening, Farewell dinner in a typical Neapali restaurant with cultural dance performance.Ovenight at hotel, Kathmandu.
Day 07: Departure – B
Leisure until departure. Transfer to international airport to board the flight.
