Annapurna Base Camp Trek starts from Kathmandu visiting UNESCO world cultural heritage sites, which includes Kathmandu Durbar Square, Pashupatinath Temple, Boudhanath and Swoyambhunath for the experiences of beautiful fusion of glorious history, culture and religion. Next to Pokhara, for the excursion of nature, is the second biggest tourist city in Nepal as well as natural paradise and gateway to this trek. Then, reaches Annapurna Basecamp, an ultimate destination. Then after, ends back to Kathmandu.
Day 01 : Arrival in Kathmandu
Upon arrival in Kathmandu, meet and greet at the international airport and transfer to hotel. Short briefing of trip. Check in to hotel and rest for refreshment. Overnight at hotel, Kathmandu.
Day 02 : Kathmandu Sightseeing Tour – B
After breakfast, pick up from hotel and head towards Kathmandu sightseeing tour especially UNESCO world cultural heritage sites, which include Pashupatinath Temple, Boudhanath Stupa, Swoyambhunath Stupa, Kathmandu Durbar Square and Patan Durbar Square for the experience of beautiful fusion of religion, culture and history. These heritage monuments reflect the centuries old arts, architecture and culture of Nepal which are medieval charm of Malla Dynasty. After tour, drop off to hotel and make a preparation for Annapurna Base Camp trek, including all the permits and trekking equipments. Overnight at hotel, Kathmandu.
Day 03 : Drive Kathmandu – Pokhara (200 km, 06-07 hrs) – B
After breakfast, pick up from hotel and drive to Pokhara for about 06-07 hours by Tourist bus. Check in to hotel and rest for refreshment. In the evening, visit lakeside and enjoy the beautiful scenery of the tranquil Phewa Lake. Overnight at hotel, Pokhara.
Day 04 : Drive Pokhara – Nayapul (01.50 hrs) – Trek to Tikhedhunga (1,527m, 05-06 hrs) – B/L/D/
After Breakfast, drive to Nayapul for about 01.50 hrs which is approximately at 45 km in the north-west of Pokhara and then start the first day of the trek to Tikhedhunga on a nice dirt trail along the beautiful river stream. The beginning of the trek gives the glimpses of the Himalayan peaks whilst rest of the day provides the joyful view of green mountains, surroundings and quaint villages. Overnight at Tea house, Tikhedhunga.
Day 05 : Tikhedhunga – Trek to Ghorepani (2,810m, 06-07 hrs) – B/L/D
After breakfast at tea house, start the trek to Ghorepani.The first part of the trek is steep upward for about 02 hrs and then a gradual upward.The Trek goes on the stone paved stepping trails which is a daring adventure, early in the morning.The whole trail passes through villages and forest. After reaching Ghorepani, close up views of magnificent Himalayas can be observed. Overnight at Tea house, Ghorepani.
Day 06 : Ghorepani – Hike to Poon Hill (3,210m, 01.50 hrs) – Trek to Tadapani (2700m, 02-03 hrs ) – B/L/D
Early morning, hike up to Poon hill to see the spectacular sunrise and the breathtaking views of wide Himalayan panorama stretching from Dhaulagiri(8167m), the world’s seventh highest peak in the west to Manaslu (8156m), the world’s eighth highest peak in the east, with the mighty Annapurna range in between them and back to Ghorepani for breakfast. After enjoying the breakfast, treks to Tadapani; a great place to take the close up views of the Himalayas. It is a pleasant trek through a lush green forest. Overnight at Tea house, Tadapani.
Day 07 : Tadapani – Trek to Chhomrong (2,700m, 05-06 hrs) – B/L/D
After breakfast, start the trek to Chhomrong, which passes through rivers and forest. Chhomrong, a beautiful village located on the lap of giant Annapurna massive. It’s a typical traditional Gurung village where everyone enjoys the life style and mountain culture of Gurung ethnic community. Overnight at Tea house, chhomrong.
Day 08 : Chhomrong – Trek to Dovan (2600m, 05-06 hrs) – B/L/D
After breakfast, start the trek to Dovan which passes though lush green forest with an occasional encounter with deer and monkeys. After 02-03 hours of Trek, stop at Sinua for a tea break then continue onward adventure enjoying the green mountain scenery and also the magnificent views of Mt. Fishtail and Mt. Gangapurna from Chhomrong and Sinua. Overnight at Tea house, Dovan.
Day 09 : Dovan – Machhapuchhre Base Camp (3,800m, 05-06 hrs) – B/L/D
After breakfast, start the trek enjoying again through green mountains and rugged mountain trails. Stop at Deurali for lunch after 04 hrs of Trek and enjoy the view of the snow capped mountain peaks. After lunch,it will take about another 02 hrs Trek to reach Machhapuchhre Base Camp (MBC). Enjoy the breath taking view of Himalayan peaks from MBC. Overnight at Tea house, MBC.
Day 10 : Machhapuchhre Base Camp (MBC) – Hike to ABC (4,100m, 02 hrs) – Trek to Dovan (05-06 hrs) – B/L/D
Wake up early in the morning & hike to Annapurna Base Camp. Enjoy the stunning sun rise and mountain views from ABC and return back to MBC. After having breakfast, start the Trek down to Dovan. Overnight at Tea house, Dovan.
Day 11 : Dovan – Trek to Jhinu (1,750m, 06-07 hrs) – B/L/D
After breakfast, start the trek with lots of ups and downs to reach the destination,Jhinu.The scenic trek leads to a natural hot spring on the bank of Modi Khola (River Modi).Enjoy the nice natural hot spring bath, wash way the tiredness and feel rejuvenated. Overnight at tea house, Jhinu.
Day 12 : Jhinu – Trek to Tolkha (1,700m, 05-06 hrs) – B/L/D
After breakfast, start the trek enjoying the another beautiful day through the terraced fields, river side, local villages, forest areas to reach a beautiful mountain village of Tolkha. En route the lunch break at Landruk, a typical ethnic Gurung village where everyone can explore the life style, tradition and culture of Gurung community. Overnight at a tea house, Tolkha.
Day 13 : Tolkha – Trek to Dhampus Phedi via Dhampus ( 05 hrs) – Drive Pokhara (30 mins) – B/L/D
After breakfast, start the trek to Dhampus Phedi following an easy and beautiful trail through Dhampus village, a magnificent view point. It is about of 05 hrs trekking and half an hour of driving to reach Pokhara. Check in to hotel and rest for refreshment. Rest of the day, free to relax and explore the beautiful lake city,Pokhara. Go for massage or adventure activities like paragliding, zip flying, bungee jumping, ultra light flight, boating on an extra cost etc. Overnight at hotel, Pokhara.
Day 14 : Drive Pokhara – Kathmandu – B/D
After breakfast, pick up from hotel and drive back to Kathmandu retracing the same highway. Check in to hotel and rest for refreshment. Enjoy the free time by shopping at souvenir shops or hanging around Thamel (Tourist hub city). In the evening, Farewell dinner in a typical Nepali restaurant with authentic Nepali cuisine and cultural dance performance. Overnight at hotel, Kathmandu.
Day 15 : Departure – B
Leisure until departure. Transfer to International Airport to board the flight.

2. Welcome drinks (non-alcoholic) and farewell dinner in a typical Nepali restaurant with authentic nepali cuisine and cultural dance show.
