Day 01 : Arrival in Kathmandu (1,400m)
Upon arrival in Kathmandu, meet and greet at the international airport and transfer to hotel. Short briefing of trip. Check in to hotel and rest for refreshment. Overnight at hotel, Kathmandu.
Day 02 : Kathmandu Sightseeing Tour – B
After breakfast, pick up from hotel and head towards Kathmandu sightseeing tour especially UNESCO world cultural heritage sites which includes Pashupatinath Temple, Boudhanath Stupa, Swoyambhunath Stupa, Kathmandu Durbar Square and Patan Durbar Square for the experience of beautiful fusion of religion, culture and history. These heritage monuments reflect the centuries old culture, arts and architecture of Nepal which are medieval charm of Malla Dynasty. After tour, drop off to hotel and make a preparation for Jomsom Muktinath Trek, including all trekking permits and equipments. Overnight at hotel, Kathmandu.
Day 03 : Drive Kathmandu – Pokhara (200 km, 06-07 hrs) – B
After breakfast, pick up from hotel and drive to Pokhara by Tourist bus which takes approximately 07 hours. Check in to hotel and rest for refreshment. In the evening, visit Lakeside and enjoy the beautiful scenery of tranquil Phewa lake. Overnight at hotel, Pokhara.
Day 04 : Fly Pokhara – Jomsom (2,700m, 20 mins) – Kagbeni (2,800m, 03 hrs) – B/L/D
After breakfast, pick up from hotel and transfer to Pokhara airport for the flight to Jomsom, a beautiful stunning mountain town. The flight is about 20 minutes long and scenic in the morning which gives a close up view of Himalayas in Annapurna himalayan range.
After landing at Jomsom Airport, start the first day of the trek to Kagbeni along the bank of Kaligandaki River. The trek is gentle and takes about 03 hours to reach Kagbeni, a beautiful place in the middle of mountains, gives the great views of Nilgiri, Dhaulagiri and Tukuche peaks. Overnight at hotel, Kagbeni.
Day 05 : Kagbeni – Trek to Muktinath (3,800m, 02 hrs) – B/L/D
After breakfast, start the trek to Mukntinath which takes approximately 02 hrs. It is a very important holy pilgrimage site for Hindus and Buddhist having a special spiritual charm. Overnight at hotel, Muktinath.
Day 06 : Drive Muktinath – Jomsom (1.5 hrs) – Trek to Marpha (1,450m, 02 hrs) – B/L/D
After a lovely mountain breakfast, drive to Jomsom for about one and half hours which gives the glimpse of mountain driving in Nepal. After reaching Jomsom, start the trek to Marpha for about two hours through the gentle downhill trail. It is a beautiful village famous for apple orchards and vegetable farms. Overnight at Tea House, Marpha.
Day 07 : Drive Marpha – Tatopani (1,190m, 3.5 hrs) – B/L/D
After breakfast, drive to Tatopani (hot spring water) for about 3.5 hrs. Enjoy a hot natural spring bath dipping into pool, wash away the tiredness and feel rejuvenated. Overnight at Tea house, Tatopani.
Day 08 : Tatopani – Trek to Ghorepani (2,860m, 06-07 hrs) – B/L/D
After breakfast, start the trek to Ghorepani for about 06-07 hours, probably the longest day of this trip. It is the most popular and beautiful town in the mountain for the magnificent close up view of Mt.Dhaulagiri and Annapurna Himalayan range which are eight thousanders high peaks. Overnight at Tea house, Ghorepani.
Day 09 : Ghorepani – Hike up to Poon Hill (3,210 m, 1.5 hrs) – Pokhara – B/L
Early morning, hike up to Poon hill for about one and half hour to observe the spectacular sunrise and the breathtaking views of wide Himalayan panorama stretching from Dhaulagiri 8,167m, world’s seventh highest peak in the west to Manaslu 8,163m, world’s eighth highest peak in the east, with the mighty Annapurna range in between them. Hike down to Ghorepani for the lovely breakfast. After breakfast, start the downhill trekking to Nayapul for about 05-06 hrs and then drive to Pokhara for about 1.5 hrs. Check in to hotel and rest for refreshment. Overnight at hotel, Pokhara.
Day 10 : Pokhara Exploration – B
This is a rest day for exploring the natural and adventurous wonders in Pokhara which includes boating in Phewa Lake, visit to Taal Barahi temple (located on a small island in Phewa lake), Davis falls, Gupteshwor cave and adventurous activities like Para gliding, Ultra-light Flight and Zip Flyer on an extra cost. Overnight at hotel, Kathmandu.
Day 11 : Drive Pokhara – Kathmandu – B/D
After breakfast, drive back to Kathmandu retracing the same highway. After reaching Kathmandu, transfer to hotel and rest for refreshment. Enjoy the free time by shopping at souvenir shops or hanging around the thamel ( tourism hub city). In the evening, farewell dinner in a typical Nepali restaurant with authentic nepali cuisine and cultural dance performance. Overnight at hotel, Kathmandu.
Day 12 : Departure – B
Leisure until departure. Transfer to International airport to board the flight.
