AMS is a common problem that occurs when you travel to a high altitude too quickly. The best way to avoid it is to ascend gradually and allow your body time to adjust to the altitude.

However, here are some tips which help you prevent from altiude sickness.

  1. Ascend slowly: Ascend no more than 300-500 meters per day once you reach 2800 meters. So that our body gets acclimatized with mountain climate which lowers the chances of AMS.

Trekking season in Nepal

galaxyworldtravels

While discussing trekking season in Nepal we need to keep more focus on Spring(march to May) and autumn( September to November). the main reason behind this is the clarity of the mountain view as well as the trekking trails and pleasant climatic condition and its moderate temperature.

Trekking in spring is worth it??

Spring is a much loved and demanding season in Nepal to trek which lies between March and June.  The temperature precipitation and rainfall are extremely favorable and suitable in this season. Spring is automatically starting two extreme seasons winter and summer.  Spring season is Basanta Ritu in Nepali language which is the extremely best time to see the beautiful bunch of national flower Rhododendron. The transparent view of spring overrules the muddy summer and extremely cold and dangerous frost winter trailing experience in the journey of your trekking in a mountain region.

Resonate with mother nature in the Mountains.

The different nature of the Himalayas mixed with a variety of diversity along with different flowers and clear views of the mountain snow-capped makes you more boom and excited which makes your journey more real and a lifetime memory. especially when you ahead toward the Mardi himal trek you will catch the rare combination of Rhododendron flowers and clear sky offering a wonderful view of the Himalayas.

What Should You Consider When Choosing a Good Trek?

When considering trekking in Nepal the concern should always lie in the difficulty level of every trekking route and trail. But the reason for trekking difficulty is nothing to be considered than choosing the best trekking season among other seasons. however, we already feel every pro of trekking during the spring season. but similar on the other hand during an autumn large number of trekkers own their trekking package in the lap of Nepal mountains.   so the best peak time of autumn is mid-October to Mid November when temperature and humidity almost remain good and fine. you can feel some cold in the morning and evening but in the case of the day, the time trekking with normal clothes is also suitable for trekking.  almost the farming land of the hilly region is empty but you can inspect the harvesting of new crops in some areas.

Trekking permit Fees

galaxyworldtravels

Trekking permits are required to explore Nepal's trekking regions that are not connected by highways. Recently Annapurna, Langtang, and Everest regions have been declared permit free.  National parks and conservation areas still remain the same. There have been recent designations of "permit-free" areas in Annapurna, Langtang, and Everest regions, however, the National Park or Conservation area's fees remain.

Trekkers who want to visit Nepal can be broadly classified into two categories one is FIT (free individual trekker)  or in groups of various sizes. A trekking permit is also provided by the concerned depart on the basis of the above two but in the case of off-the-beaten and restricted zone permit is not allowed for FIT(free individual trekker). Interested trekkers can contact the authorized trekking agency can process the documents and formalities towards the department of Immigration by fulfilling all attributes and necessities.  we suggest that trekkers should trek only in a group( two members must be there). But in the case of special permits FIT should not be allowed by Immigration.

There are different permit fees applicable for different routes but before getting the permit tourists should follow certain conditions related to the Manner Respect behavior towards Nepalese people. as well as our trekkers should keep more concerned about Restricted areas trekking safety and trekking gear.

You have to look at the below following rates for different permit zone.
